How do I return an item?

 Can I return an item after 7 days?

Our return policy is within 7 days, after 7 days you will no longer be able to return the item, but if the item is faulty, it may be covered by the warranty. Please be informed that each product has it’s warranty.

What can I return?

You can return an item within 7 days after delivery if a wrong, damaged or counterfeit item was delivered, with the exception of software.

When returning an item, ensure all seals, accessories are left intact and item is in its original packaging. If you have created a password on the device you wish to return, please ensure it is removed, otherwise, your return will be invalid.  

 How long will it take to return an item and get my refund?

Please be informed that only two attempts can be made to return an item, and it takes business day (Monday – Friday), public holidays excluded.

All items will be picked up within 3 business days, once we get the item, we test the product and once the item is eligible for return, we process the refund which takes up to 10 days.

 I initiated a return and requested for pickup at my home, but no one came and it has been a while, what should I do?

We are working very hard to make sure our customers are happy, we honestly apologize for this, you can chat us up or contact us.

 My order has more than one item, do I have to return all the items in my order?

No, you do not have to return your entire order. You can return the item you wish to return.

What happens if I try to return twice and it missed.

Your request to return that item will be cancelled and that item will no longer be eligible for return.

 Can I track my return status?

We will keep you updated by email and SMS about the status of your return.

Why was my product re delivered to me after I made a return?

Returned items will be redelivered to you if the item is not eligible for return after testing. For example, a laptop returned for not booting will be broadly tested and if the assertion is true, a refund will be processed immediately, but if during the test, the laptop boots, the item will be redelivered to you. 

Do I have to pay for shipping charges when I return a product?

There are no charges for shipping a product back to us within Lagos.

I was informed that a bank transfer has been made but I am yet to receive the money, what should I do?

It may take up to 2-5 business days for you to get the money. Please contact us if it you still haven’t received your refund after this time.

If a product comes with a gift, do I have to return the gift with the item?

Yes, any free gift must also be returned. 

Can I Exchange a product rather than getting a refund?

You can exchange an item provided that the price of the product you wish to exchange and the item you wish to return are of same price.
