How much are the delivery charges?

Our delivery charges are not fixed and are charged based on your location.

Are all items purchased online covered by warranty?

All items have free insurance coverage against theft and damage during transit.

How will the delivery be done?

We process most of our deliveries through Our trusted logistics. However for large items or delivery outside Lagos, we use GIG Logistics which also enables you to track you order.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Orders before 2pm can be delivered on the same day. Standard delivery time is 3 days however, this may vary by location and even product.

Does Kojahub deliver internationally?

Currently we do not deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you'll have to ensure the delivery address is within Nigeria.

What about warranty & hidden costs?

There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional dispatch charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price, what you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive, all taxes are included with the list prices.

Can my order be delivered the same day I order?

Yes it can however this depends on the product ordered and the location for delivery and the time purchased, however you can contact us if you want your item delivered on the same day which comes with an additional delivery charge.

I just received my order and something is wrong, what should I do? What can I expect?

If you recently received your order and something is wrong, please email or call 0802 2201 692 OR 0902 4244 495 and provide details. Depending on the exact issue and whether you paid before delivery or paid on delivery, different resolutions can occur. But in all cases, Kojahub will offer support and will try to offer a resolution quickly, such as a repair, replacement, refund upon return, instant refund, or other form of compensation as applicable.

At the moment, we only accept Credit/Debit/Visa cards, Payment on delivery and Direct transfer.

How do I place an Order?

Your cart allows you to review your selection, make some changes before ordering and viewing the final price. HOW TO ACCESS YOUR CART Click on the cart icon at the top of the every page. Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can always checkout as a guest.

How Do I Track My Order?

After logging into your account, check your dashboard. or you can click on the Track Order link at the top of the page, then enter the order number that was sent to your email address then click on track order button.
